These terms cover your use of ringpanda.ai. Ring Panda is a service of Kastle Capital LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

• You may use this site to learn about Ring Panda, try the demos, and contact us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or scrape the site, and no use for anything unlawful.
• The demos are for trying the service. The demo businesses are fictional, and demo calls may be cut off after a few minutes.
• The site's content, design, logos, and panda illustrations belong to us. Please don't copy them without our permission.

Pricing

• Ring Panda is $149 a month, which includes up to 300 minutes of calls, plus a $500 one-time setup fee.
• Prices on this site are for information. Your price and terms are confirmed in the service agreement you accept at checkout, and that agreement governs your service.

30-day setup refund

If you're not happy in your first 30 days after your receptionist goes live, email us within that window and we'll refund your $500 setup fee. The full details are in your service agreement.

Extra minutes

• Your plan includes 300 minutes of calls each month.
• We email you when you reach 250 minutes, and your receptionist keeps answering every call.
• Minutes past 300 are $0.25 per minute, billed on your next invoice. Unused minutes don't roll over.

Cancellation

• Service is month to month. There's no long-term contract.
• Either of us can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Email to hello@ringpanda.ai counts.
• Service and billing continue through the end of the billing period in which the notice ends. We don't refund partial months.

No guarantees from the site

This site and the demos are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and running, but we don't promise they'll always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
