Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Ring Panda collects on ringpanda.ai and how we use it. Ring Panda is a service of Kastle Capital LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us").

What we collect when you visit

• Site data. Like most websites, our host and our analytics tool receive basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device type, pages viewed, how you got here, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people and whether our forms work. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

The setup form

• When you ask for a setup call, we collect your name, business name, phone number, and, if you choose, your email and a note.
• We use this only to contact you about Ring Panda: to call you back, set up your service, and answer your questions. We don't sell it.

The demo calls

• The "Talk to Maddie" and "Talk to Tony" demos run in your browser using your microphone. Your voice is processed live by our voice and AI providers so the demo receptionist can hear you and reply.
• We don't record demo calls. A short-lived text transcript may be created so the call can work, and it isn't kept for marketing.
• The businesses in the demos (Ridgeline Plumbing and Valley Slice Pizza) are fictional. Don't share real personal, payment, or health information during a demo.

Your demo email and phone

• Before your first demo call, we ask for your email and, if you choose, your phone number.
• We use your email to send you our free guide, What missed calls cost you, and occasional Ring Panda news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• If you give us your phone number, we use it only to reach you if you ask us to. We don't use it for marketing texts or marketing calls.
• Your browser remembers that you've already entered your email, so we only ask once. Clearing your browser data resets this.

Who helps us run the site

We share information only with providers that help us run Ring Panda, and only so they can do that work:

• Hosting, to serve this website.
• Form delivery, to send your form entries to our inbox.
• Analytics, to measure how the site is used.
• Voice and AI, to run the demo calls.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Customers of the service

If you sign up for Ring Panda, how we handle your callers' recordings, transcripts, and summaries is covered in your service agreement.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and to delete. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
